Anton Keating has litigated cases in state and federal courts, before administrative governmental agencies, licensing boards and other tribunals. Mr. Keating has extensive experience both as a defense attorney and prosecutor and he has been classified as an expert by Maryland courts in the investigation and trial of criminal cases. Aside from his extensive experience at the trial level, Mr. Keating has also successfully handled appeals, including a case before Maryland's highest appellate court, the Court of Appeals of Maryland. Over the past several years, Mr. Keating has concentrated on the representation of physicians, dentists, pharmacists, nursing homes, and other health care providers who need resolutions of criminal, regulatory and economic disputes with the Maryland and Federal Govenrments.

Mr. Keating has also litigated many domestic cases such as divorce, child custody, visitation rights and child support. Mr. Keating gained insight and valuable experience from a custody battle over his own son.

Mr. Keating has also defended many clients against false allegations of both physical and sexual child abuse charges.
